|Recommended: YesQuiet and Safe Apartment Living — Overall, Arbor Trace Canopy is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. District850 was not the best addition to this residential area, but the apartment complex is well-maintained and the staff is friendly. The walls are a bit thin, and the communication could be a bit better with their residents, but I would recommend living here.

|Recommended: YesGreat apartment, great staff, great atmosphere — These apartments are located on the cusp of an up and coming community and are still at a good price compared to a lot of other places around town. The leasing office staff are amazing and the maintenance staff are fantastic - very communicative and efficient. Plenty of parking and a nice, big dog park for the pups to run around in.

|Recommended: YesBest apartment in tallahassee — You simply could not choose a better place to live. All of the staff, maintenance and front office, are extremely pleasant and so helpful. They go above and beyond for their tenants All of the amenities are fantastic, the location is perfect, and the units are all so clean with beautiful finishes. Only downside is the waiting list but that’s because it’s so popular. When we were looking to move to a 3 bedroom unit, I searched everywhere for an apartment that was comparable but there was nothing. No other place was as nice, much less as reasonably priced. So we waited and it was well worth it Only other disadvantage is the limited parking for the units with a pond view as there isn’t parking available on both sides of the building, but has yet to be a true issue for us.

|Recommended: YesOne of the best apartment complexes I've lived in — I have nothing but good things to say about Arbor Trace. I've been living here for a year now and have had no negative experiences. The office staff is very nice and helpful. The maintenance team will go above and beyond and help you with things that they aren't required to e.g. they helped us move a couch up to the 3rd floor . The area is very safe and I've never been worried about walking around at night. The complex is well kept and clean. There are plenty of dog waste bag dispensers around which helps as well. Parking is a non-issue, there have always been several spots for me to choose from.
The pool is nice and a great area to hang out. The gym is equipt with everything you'd need to work out all muscle groups. They have a nice dog park as well.
The location is great. We're less than 5min away from a Publix.
Overall, I can't recommend it enough.
